ICT University

The ICT University is a success: since 2002, the expert programs have trained nearly 9,000 participants while the management programs have seen nearly 3,000 attendees.

The ICT University is there for T-Systems employees regardless of whether they’re an intern just getting to know the company and their career or a veteran manager looking to strengthen their skills or learn something new. ICT University focuses on development, recruitment and transformation at T-Systems including management development, expert development, the training of “generation future” and the support of transformations as well as corporate culture.
