Together we’ll assess your abilities and goals and then provide you with the tools you need to take the next step in your career. Transparent goals and skill profiles are part of annual reviews that ensure both you and the company are expanding their capabilities. We also offer specialized training for employees that either perform or show potential so that they’re challenged while contributing to the company.

As a part of the “Global Career for Experts”, the CAMPUS program is T-Systems’ company-wide development and qualification program for those in key roles at Project Management, Service/Delivery Management, Sales and Information Technology, Consulting and Human Resources. We don’t just rely on traditional training methods for our most important experts, we also use case studies and simulations to allow them to learn by doing.
